A - For paper Submission and Publication in ISFECC International/National Conferences:

1. A1- All Papers should be the Original one and it should not be published in any manner before and after the ISFECC’s conference.
2. A2- All Authors and Co-authors must take permission or inform their respective Dept. Head/Principal/Guide about the paper submission of papers in to ISFECC Conferences.
3. A3- All Authors and Co-authors should write the right affiliation inside the paper.
4. A4- The Organizing Committee may not accept the papers submitted after the last date of registration.
5. A5- ISFECC accepts each paper for conference after doing the peer review by two internal or external ISFECC Reviewers.
6. A6- ISFECC may publish author's or co-author's emails online.
7. A7- ISFECC can’t add, modify or delete any author’s or co-author’s name inside the paper after the registration of the paper without the permission of all authors and co-authors present inside the paper.
8. A8- ISFECC never publishes any unregistered paper.
9. A9- ISFECC is not responsible for identifying the original author or co-author of the paper. The person who submits the paper will be taken as the original author of paper.
10. A10- In any case if ISFECC receives the complain about the originality of the author and it found to be true the paper will be suspended from the online publication immediately.
11. A11- ISFECC can’t republish the research paper/abstract any suspended paper from the date of suspension.

B - Attending ISFECC International/National Conferences:

1. B1- All participants must register before coming to the conference by paying the specified amount mentioned at the registration page of the official ISFECC conference website.
2. B2-All participants should follow the official Conference page only regularly for getting the latest information about the event (Users must Refresh the web page each time to get latest information.)
3. B3-ISFECC (Organizer) has all the rights to change the venue and date at any time before the conference at any time. If the organizing Committee decides to change the venue and Date of Event, all registered participants will get the information via their registered email IDs only.
4. B4-The participants should not involve any kind of violence inside and outside of the venue at any time before and after the event.
5. B5-The participants should bring their original ID card while attending the Conference otherwise you can’t attend the conference.
6. B6-Due to a shortage of Conference KIT, ISFECC may not provide the participant KIT at the time of Conference, in such cases, ISFECC will provide you the Conference KIT through courier after the Conference.

Cancellation and Refund:

7. B7- Any registered participant reaching after the reporting time at the venue may not be allowed to participate in the conference and no registrations fees will be refunded.
8. B8- ISFECC will be not responsible for any kind of financial loss due to any ticket cancellation or any bookings of the registered participants if the conference gets cancel or re-scheduled to other place or date or virtual at any time.
9. B9-If at any time the author does not want to participate the conference (physical/virtual) and cancel the registration then no registration fees will be refunded.
10. B10-ISFECC has all rights reserved, not to refund registration fees to registered participants who attended the conference (physically or virtually) and accepts the conference proceedings/journals along with presentation/participation/Listener certificate (online or physical copy) during or after the conference at any time.
11. B11-No Refund is not permitted after the issuance of an official Conference invitation letter or Visa Invitation letter.
12. B12-As all the ISFECC conferences will be held in a hybrid format, the organizer reserves the right to conduct the event either in person or virtually. Please note that no refunds will be issued due to changes in the event format at any time.
13. B13- The registered participants will get the refund money back to the same account or card from which he/she has paid for registration fees
14. B14-If the ISFECC management decides any full or partial refund then Participants need to submit the Refund form (Email to Coordinator) for the refund process

C - Publication in Conference Proceedings &International Journals/books:

1. C1- ISFECC has all the rights to select the papers from the conference to publish in the International Journals.
2. C2- Publication in Scopus Indexed/WOS/ EI/SCI Indexed or any associated Journal: ISFECC can submit the paper to associated International Journals indexed in Scopus/Wos/EI/SCI on the written request by the author. In such case, the author will have to bear the entire publication cost (according to the particular journal). It may take min 3 months for the review and publication process.
3. C3- Payment made for the purpose of attending the ISFECC conferences will not be refunded if the registered paper is not selected for any Scopus or SCI Indexed journal or if the author doesn’t want to publish in any ISFECC associated International Journal after the conference.
4. C4- ISFECC may accept the paper from its conferences or it’s associated conference for publishing in the ISFECC associated International Journal after extending the paper at least 20%, from the authors.
5. C5- ISFECC takes minimum 25 to 60 days to complete the Round-2 review process for the ISFECC associated International Journals after the conference.
6. C6 -All ISFECC associated International Journals are approved by the ISSN.
7. C7- Authors’ need to pay the Journal hard copy charges while getting the Journal hard copy.
8. C8-The Editorial board has all the rights to reject any paper to publish in International Journal after 2nd round of Review (After Conference/seminar). If the paper gets rejected then no registration fee will be refunded paid for conference registration fees.

D - Plagiarism policy

1. D1. All research papers submitted for publication are checked with plagiarism detection software to verify its originality and find similarity percent of research paper. And the papers failing to satisfy mentioned criteria are sent back to author for modification.
2. D2. If plagiarism is detected in research paper just before publication, the author will be given a chance to resubmit the paper after necessary modification as suggested by editor. However, if the editor decides plagiarism is a major issue in the research paper, it will not be considered further for publication. 
3. D3. If plagiarism/fake identity is suspected or detected in research paper after its publication, the research paper will be removed from website till completion of verification. In case few paragraphs are plagiarized the author will be given a chance to modify the published paper and the research paper will be restored in website after editor’s approval. 
4. D4.However, if ISFECC decides plagiarism/fake identity is a major issue in a published paper and it seriously violates the copyright of others then the paper will remain removed from publication and author will be penalized and will be Blacklisted from ISFECC and other Conference Organizers for a lifetime. Also, it will be mentioned in journal website about the removal from publication as well as indexing services will be notified about the removal.
5. D5. Authors republishing their earlier published work (self-plagiarism) will also be dealt in the same procedure as mentioned above.

E - Visa Support & Invitation Letter :

1. E1- ISFECC does not directly contact embassies or consulates on behalf of participants for Visa application. However, ISFECC may provide the registered Applicant’s Details to the email received from the embassy’s official email id for visa application.
2. E2-Participants are solely responsible for obtaining a visa and must independently follow all immigration and travel regulations applicable to their situation.
3. E3-The invitation letter is issued only for the purpose of attending the conference only and is not valid for immigration, employment, or residency purpose.
4. E4- The letter may support a visa application but does not guarantee visa approval.
5. E5- ISFECC bears no responsibility for visa denials, delays, or any related costs incurred by the applicant.
6. E6- Any modification or misuse of the invitation letter will render it invalid, and may lead to the cancellation of conference participation.
7. E7- By accepting the invitation letter, the attendee agrees to comply with international travel laws, conference policies, and ethical participation standards.
8. E8- Legal action may be taken against individuals who falsify or unlawfully use the ISFECC’s invitation letter.

F - Declaration: :

1. F1- ISFECC is a registered unit of “Unified Research Library and Publishing (URLP)” which is registered under Govt. of India under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932.
2. F2- ISFECC is an Independent nonprofit body whose sole aim to promote the Scientific and Academic Research Activities across the globe.
3. F3- All disputes subject to Bhubaneswar, India Jurisdiction only.
4. F4- ISFECC has all the rights to cancel the Registration at any time and withdraw the Publication if any participants/Delegates violate the rules and regulations of ISFECC and will take necessary action immediately.
5. F5- ISFECC has all the rights reserved to publish / withdraw / modify the paper from conference proceedings or journals at any time.
